So what is a Sounding Kink? A Sounding Kink is when someone is turned on or erotically charged by having objects placed inside their penis or into their urethra as they’re the same hole. This usually happens with a catheter, so a catheter catheter is in place, and that’s part of the erotic play. Now, the way that this plays out with people is very subjective, but it usually has to do with medical role play, where the person inserting the catheter is the Doctor or Nurse, and then the person having it inserted is the patient. But again, this will vary from person to person.

Now, you shouldn’t be engaging with this kind of Kink unless the person who is inserting the catheter is either medically trained or trained specifically in how to use a catheter, preferably with a medical license.
