Kinky Foreplay Tips : Exploring Intimacy Before Sex
I’m Shauna Harris, a sexologist for Arousr.com.
I’m here today to talk about foreplay. Foreplay isn’t just about the 20 minutes before sex. It’s about setting the mood. It’s about building anticipation. It’s about the little things that you do throughout the day. Foreplay is more than just touch. It actually includes your brain, which is the biggest sex organ in your body. If you’re looking for some suggestions, I’ve got a few for you.
You could leave a flirty note. You could send an email. You could send a text. You could send them their favorite gift. You could sext them something spicy. Sharing fantasies is another great idea. Whether it be voyeurism, exhibitionism, resembles, or domination, foreplay connects. And foreplay leads to increased intimacy, which equates to better sex.
According to Men’s Health Research, foreplay for women is what stretching is for a workout easy to skip, but essential for great results. In one study done by Science Direct on married couples, the duration of foreplay matters. The couples that engaged in between one and ten minutes of foreplay, 40% of the wives were able to orgasm. When that increased to 1220 minutes, 50% of the women were able to orgasm. And when the duration was even longer, 20 minutes and above, 60% of the women were able to orgasm. Does foreplay matter? Absolutely!
