Please watch the full “Welcome” video you were sent upon your approval. It is located in that same email that notified you of your approval. The link to create your account is in the onboarding video tutorial for you. Watch the full video and it will walk you through the onboarding process step by step to create your account online.
Cutoff to request Cash-Out is every Monday at 12 AM EST.
Direct Deposit – Your funds (granted they are meet the $100 USD minimum for cash out) will be deposited to your bank account on the follow day (Monday). Direct Deposits usually take 2-3 days to hit your account.
Cosmo – Your funds will be transferred to your Cosmo Account the following Thursday and will be available immediately.
Payouts are processed every Monday. You will be paid out weekly every Monday when you have made enough to cash out on Sunday before 12 AM EST.

Chargebacks are handled internally within our Accounting department and not at the fault/charge of the individual Chathost. If there are too many Chargebacks on one Chathost account they will be terminated on a case by case basis to prevent against Fraud
A: There are a few reasons your application may have not been accepted by out team:
- Your ID may have expired or the ID image you submitted may have been too blurry/text is not clear to read in order to verify you.
- Quality of Images: Low Light, Low Resolution, and Grooming all play a big part in your presentation of your best self to be able to be promoted on our website. Your profile images submitted should reflect the best version of yourself. If they are too casual (i.e sweatpants/pjs/hoodies) your application will more than likely not be approved.
- Cropped body shots: If you are not showing your face in any of the images you submit to us your application will not be approved. Our members use our services to connect with verified Women and deeply value authenticity. If you are hiding your face there is no way for us to verify who you are.
Yes, we do offer geoblocking for those who want to not be seen in certain areas. If a VPN is used there are ways around geoblocking of any website anywhere in the world. It is not 100% foolproof due to this reason which should be taken into consideration when working online
We are happy to offer our platform as a place for Transexual women/Non Binary to apply to become a Chat host. At this time Couples and Men are not applicable on our platform.

You have a maximum of 3 Months to leave your account inactive. At this point your account will be deleted from our database and you will have to start the application process over again to work with us in the future
