I think CNC it'sa valid kink to a certain point as long as all parts are consenting, talk about it before hand and always have a safeword or a safe system to revoke consent and stop of necessarily. Which is why, you probably have to look into why you're interested on it to begin with and work on it, in therapy for example. Not say it not to do it though, just to do it in an informed way. I think a lot of kinks do come out of people struggling to synthesize and cope with all of the unhealthy messages and images we’ve been exposed to all our lives.
