Appeals Policy for Depicted Persons — Content Removal

Introduction

We respect the rights of all individuals depicted on our platform. Any chat host may remove their own content at any time, or request our help to do so. If you are not the host but are depicted in content and wish it removed, we will promptly review and delete it within 7 business days (or sooner) upon request.

1. How to Request Removal

If you are a host:

Use your account/app to remove your content immediately, or
If you need help, email [email protected] and we’ll remove it for you within 7 business days.

If you are not the host:

Email [email protected] with the relevant details (URLs, description). We will process your request as a priority.

2. Review and Removal

All requests are reviewed immediately and processed within 7 business days or less.
Our default action is to remove reported content—we do not decline removal requests from depicted persons or hosts needing assistance.

3. Appeals and Dispute Resolution

Appeals are rarely needed, since valid removal requests are always granted.
If you feel your request was not addressed, contact us again for prompt resolution.
If a disagreement arises, you may request review by a neutral third party.
