We also provide a simple process for any person (including non-hosts) to request removal of content in which they are depicted.

1. Content Removal by Hosts

1. Chat hosts may remove any of their own images, videos, or other content at any time through their account/app.

2. Reporting Content as a Non-Host

If you are depicted in any content but are not the host/uploader, please:

1. Gather Information: Note the URL(s) and describe the content.
2. Submit a Request: Contact [email protected] with your request and relevant details.

3. Review and Removal

1. All complaints and removal requests are reviewed as soon as received, and the reported content will be removed within 7 business days or less.
2. Our policy is to always remove content upon valid request from any depicted individual, including non-hosts and hosts who need assistance.
3. You will receive confirmation once your request is completed.

4. Appeals

1. Since we do not decline valid removal requests, appeals are rarely needed.

3. If a dispute arises, you may request review by a neutral third party.
