According to sex educator Emily Nagoski, a context where a woman can trust asked her partner so profoundly that she can let go of control. That&#8217;s a context where she can feel safe inside her own body, and all bets are off.<\/p>\n<p>Women need to feel safe. Women need their partner to understand what actually turns them on and off. Women want to feel confident, and they want their partner to exude confidence between the sheets as well. Foreplay is essential for women, and it exponentially increases their chance of orgasm.<\/p>\n<p>Foreplay begins outside the bedroom with thoughtful efforts throughout the day. You could try flirting. Kind gestures just make her feel special and desired.
